Giuliana Rancic, 40, reveals she has ONE last frozen embryo as she hopes to give son a sibling

Giuliana Rancic and her husband Bill have been very open about their struggles with infertility and desire for a second child.

And the 40-year-old E! News host may have one last hope in giving their two-year-old son Edward Duke a biological sibling.
She confessed to Life & Style that she and Bill have only one frozen embryo left.
Giuliana and Bill struggled through three gruelling cycles of IVF and it was during a fertility treatment in 2011 that Giuliana was diagnosed with breast cancer, forcing them to put their dreams of starting a family on hold.
She underwent a lumpectomy followed by radiation before undergoing a double mastectomy.
Following her recovery the couple decided to use a surrogate to try for a baby, and were thrilled when their attempt resulted in a successful pregnancy.
However, Giuliana was ‘devastated’ when the same surrogate, Delphine, suffered a miscarriage when pregnant with their second child in 2014.
Giuliana expressed her resolve to persevere, tellingPeople: ‘We're fighters. Hopefully we're going to have good news and Delphine will be on board one more time.
‘We've had to battle it out and that's something that we're going to continue to do.’
