Robbers snatches N6.8m from filling station manager

Eight gunmen have ambushed a fuel station manager in the Morogbo area of the Lagos-Badagry Expressway. It was gathered that the gang, which came on four motorcycles, armed themselves with four locally-made cut-to-size double-barrelled guns.
They reportedly stole N6.8m, which was the proceeds from fuel sale for the day.
The victim who happens to also be the station manager, was attacked and given a shot in his left arm inside his Toyota Camry while taking the money to a bank.
It was learnt that a worker in the petrol station, who had been arrested by the police, was the informant for the gang. Two other suspected members of the gang, Ayodele Ogunbiyi and Olalekan Oladipupo, have been arrested by the police.

  1. Thank God that 2 of them were apprehended. Since they have refused to find reasonable thing to do, they will surely not go unpunished.
