COSON knows Big  Joe Ventures is a big fish that's why they are suing them because they can't dare to sue those small transport company that want to turn their motor park to disco hall.. OYO for them if they try it.
In line with its recent promise to address infringements on copyrights of musical works and sound recordings of artistes in Nigeria, the Copyright Society of Nigeria (COSON), has filed a suit against a transport company in Benin City, Edo State.

The organization further asked for a perpetual injunction restraining the defendants, their agents, privies or servants from the unauthorized copying, communication to the public, permission to perform and infringement of the copyright in the musical works and sound recordings belonging to its members, affiliates and assignors
